👋 Hi, I'm Pham Thanh Tung — Engineer | Builder | Startup Co-founder
I’m a full-stack product engineer with a strong foundation in system architecture, DevOps, and cross-platform mobile development. Over the past years, I’ve helped build scalable, real-world systems — from anonymous chatbots to government-grade procurement system, IoT solutions — and recently, I’m exploring how Generative AI can supercharge product delivery in early-stage startups.
I’m currently a co-founder and tech lead at a startup in Hanoi, where I combine technical leadership, team mentoring, and hands-on development to bring products from zero to one.

- Building practical AI features into internal tools and apps (chatbots, auto-summarization, internal documentation search)
- Researching best practices in Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Ollama)
- Always focused on the question: “How can AI remove bottlenecks and unlock leverage for our team?”

- Maintaining a technical blog sharing real-world lessons in DevOps, mobile, and product development
- Open-sourcing internal tooling, and sharing ideas with engineers to make their lives easier

I’m currently co-founding a tech startup focused on bringing automation and AI to underserved verticals in Vietnam. My role involves:
